By creating an account or using Qwox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. Qwox is operated by QWOX LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company.

2. Service Description

Qwox is an AI-powered personal assistant application available on iOS, Android, and Web. We provide tools for note-taking, calendar management, and information retrieval.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

Free Plan

Includes limited usage (e.g., 100 AI messages/month, 2GB storage, daily OCR limits).

Premium Plan ($10/month)

Includes expanded limits (e.g., 3,000 AI messages/month, 20GB storage, priority support).

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
Attempt to reverse engineer the application.
Use the AI features to generate spam or harmful content.
Abuse the "Unlimited" features of the Premium plan beyond reasonable personal use boundaries.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding the abuse of AI resources or storage limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qwox is provided "as is." While we strive for data accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect information (hallucinations). QWOX LLC is not liable for any loss of data or decisions made based on AI suggestions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
